• Install the latest PHANTOMfuse version from here
  • Check the log for errors (PHANTOMfuse → Help → Debug → Show Logfile)
  • Restart your CineStation. Completely remove its power for at least 10s
  • Restart your computer
  • Check your RAM for defects using  Apple diagnostics
  • Check your external connections / interfaces / cables
  • Check if the latest driver for your external Thunderbolt to 10GbE adapter or internal Ethernet card is installed properly
  • In case you use an internal Ethernet card, try using an external Thunderbolt to 10GbE adapter

If these steps did not help, please send us a detailed error description together with the log files found in  ~/Library/Logs/PHANTOMfuse/ to phantomfuse@ottomatic.io.
(In the Finder Go menu, choose Go to Folder… or press ⇧⌘G and paste in the path to get to the log file location.)
